Additional Payment Information
***If you are paying through Clover or Cash App you MUST add a convenience fee to
your
regular rent payment amount (please review the fee amount per payment range below,
make sure to look at it and apply the correct fee). If you do not add the proper amount,
you will not receive full payment credit and will be subject to additional rent.
As per your lease, additional rent for partial payments and late payments are 10% of
your rent pay schedule. These fees can add up quickly and we do not want to
see you get behind when it can easily be avoided. The convenience fee is less than
additional rent fees…
If the convenience fees are continuously left off your payment you will not have
the option to pay through these online platforms any longer and will be required
to pay at Ameris in person.
